The Delaware Valley Regional Center (DVRC) has been designated as a “Regional Center” under the EB-5 Immigration Investor Pilot Program for the specific purpose of investing foreign funds into new regionally significant infrastructure projects located in the Delaware Valley area.
DVRC區域中心是美國移民局認定的EB-5區域中心，旨在爲特拉華河谷地區的大型基礎建設項目引進外國投資。
For its initial project, DVRC will be seeking investments to construct the PA Turnpike/I-95 Project which will provide motorist with a direct connection between the two major interchanges and has received exemplar approval.
賓州收費高速公路/ I-95州際高速立交互通項目，作爲DVRC區域中心的第一個投資項目，已經獲得了美國移民局I-924實際項目樣板批准。
